Climate data from space
Ambassadors

“Climate data from space ambassadors” are UK based researchers and practitioners  who are willing to be contacted with opportunities to give a talk/specialist training for trade conferences (domestically and internationally), public officials, international climate related events, as well as to members of the public and inspire the next generation of school children to make use of (climate) earth observation data.

The list helps us to know who is willing to be approached and the information you supply helps the Space4Climate group to direct relevant opportunities to you.
Signing up to this list does not obligate you to deliver a talk/training.

Your data will be used and stored by the Space for Climate group which is hosted by the Institute for Environmental Analytics, part of the University of Reading.

Mobile or landline, we will only use this to directly contact you ourselves about being involved in an S4C activity as per your interests set out below
Please list any particular climate EO datasets/satellites/portals/platforms you have experience in using
We'd like to list our ambassadors on our website hyperlinking to your online profiles to help make you more discoverable by event organisers
We sometimes get approaches to run one day/half day introductions to/bespoke training on climate EO data. Delegates can vary from new to EO to familiar with it, just not with the newer climate records.

Space4Climate will use the information you provide on this form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and marketing. Please let us know all the ways you would like to hear from us:
